Hi ,thats going to be quite hard as it's over a stone to lose in 2 weeks. My suggestion is that your going to have to be really strict with yourself, eat around 1200 calories a day cut out break completely even wholemeal and have things like porridge or ready break with banana and cinnamon for breakfast, sweet potato with tuna or egg/turkey salad for lunch. Don't eat pasta only whole grain rice with lots of white meats and veg. (Watch the sugar and saturated fats in your food) some fats are ok in moderation (like mayo). Also eat lots or fruit and veg to keep you feeling full.
As for exercise don't feel you have to push your self to breaking point, go for a fast walk for 20 minutes every day plus add interval training (1minute walk, 1 minute jog for 20 minutes) for 3 days and add strength training another 3 days a week.
Good strength training would include 2 exercise for each body part (Legs, bums, arms, abs, shoulders and chest/back) with 3 sets of 12 reps for each exercise.
I can't guarantee this will bring the weight loss you want in the time you want but with commitment it will help! :)
