Need help planning dinner for my sweety!

I just posted this in the healthy cooking forum but any other help would be great. Copy and paste!

Ok so I got some ideas...but I really want some good healthy recipes that will not be completely ruined by a beginner! I want something easy that I can't really mess up...So I am going to grill some marinaded steaks on my george foreman...I will make some healthy loaded mashed potatoes...and maybe some garlic toast. Other then that I am lost...he's not a huge salad fan but he does like some veggies. He loves corn, broccoli, and likes green beans too...not together but seperate lol. I don't know...what else should I make? I need some suggestions! Any ideas would help! I never cook and am not really skilled yet...I love food but I dont know...lol HELP ME! Maybe some healthy mac n cheese? What about a desert! Oy...lol Thanks guys

Oh and don't make the toast! The steak and potatoes with streamed broccoli sounds good........... really really good! Remember to keep the skins on the potatoes as they are the healthiest part.

Well making mac-n-cheese with the toast and potatoes would be a lot of carbs and fat. I'd stick with a vegetable! Steam some broccoli and put it on the potatoes.
