First, why do you need to lose weight to do a handstand? Why do you need to do a handstand? And why do you think you can lose 11 pounds in one week and why do you think if you did it would do you any good or leave you with the strength and health to do your handstand? In other words, what's really going on?
DON"T even try!!!
It is very dangerous to do something so extreme (if it could ever work)!
That requires a daily caloric deficit of 5500 calories, so the math simply does not work.
If you take a minimum let's say of 1000 calories a day to be safe, you would have to burn 6500 calories daily to meet your target! Not going to happen to my opinion!
Please don't attempt this at all!
If you want to modify your plan drastically to achieve weight loss in a safe and sustained way, please post again.
