How to lose more weight

Hi! I'm 15 Years old and i've been dieting for 1 and a half months i've only lost 15 pounds but i want to lose more weight can anybody help ?

Losing 15 pounds in only 6 weeks, may be too much.  Safe weight loss is considered to be about 1-2 pounds/wk.

Hi!
If you want to lose more weight, then you need to find out whether you have other causes of weight gain such as diabetes and hypothyroidism. You need to increase fruits, vegetables and clear soups in your diet and restrict fats, take healthy portion of lean meat and take moderate amounts of carbohydrates. Also, you will need to take up an aerobic exercise such as dance, swimming, tennis, walking, cycling, jogging , gym etc. Do discuss this with your doctor for a custom made program to help you lose weight.
