We know a lot of diet throughout the years. We all have those innovative new diets that were presented to us. But the question is " will it work for you?". I personally struggled on what is the right diet that could work for me. My lifestyle and all. NOw I am wondering what is the most effective diet that works for you?

Making lifestyle changes that you can stick with, are much more likely to work than "going on a diet"......

adkins worked for me before I lost 61lbs in 3 months. Now after five pregnancies and two babies I find myself needing to lose weight again

what worked for me,three squares a day wwich was a big drop in calorie intake and 4 to 5 trips to the gym a week wich i love to do this in itself worked for me obviously because of the big ,big calorie burn up thats it theres no big secret or scienfific formula per se its commom sence by the i lost and kept off over 50 lbs !!
