To be honest, there is no way to truly lose weight quickly. It is a gradual process in which diet and exercise is key, so it"s good that you are doing that.
The reason why your weight is the same is that you seem to be doing the same thing over and over again. Try mixing up your exercising routine to see more results.
Thank you . Your information means to me a lot . :)
Quick weight loss like fad diets (only eating soup and veggies for 7 days) or something is not something that is going to be a permanent weight loss.
Loosing weight, often times, is a lifestyle change... otherwise your weight will yo-yo up and down.
I've read many of your posts and, while it is good you are interested in not being obese, this is not something that is going to happen overnight no matter what you do.
You have to change your eating habits (NO MORE FRIED CHICKEN) and work out regularly. Vary your exercise routines (doing 40 sit ups a day is not going to make you loose weight quickly). Even just jogging everyday will not grant you miraculous weight loss but will eventually help you to maintain your weight loss.
Look into weight training (muscle burns the most fat) in addition to cardio like running on the treadmill or the stair climber. It is always a wonderful thing to speak with your school nurse and/or the fitness staff at your gym.
Good luck!
You're only 15 yrs old; your body is still developing and we don't know how tall you are or anything. Maybe you don't really need to lose weight, but if you do, you need to go about it properly, in order not to stall proper development of your body, including internal organs.
