update: OK, I am back home now and just stepped on my own weigh-scale and I am the same weight as when I left for vacation! PHEW! This is about one hour after having dinner so I am very happy!
During our camping trip I managed to drink flavoured waters instead of pop, tried to keep my portion sizes under control (mostly succeeded on that goal), split some coolers with SIL's, and managed to get 2 decent walks in. Still had too many smokies, hotdogs, burgers, chips, and of course had 2 "skinny" S'mores and more roasted marshmallows then I should have had but I am beyond happy that my weigh scale was kind to me tonight!

Im up 1lb, been a funny week nt exercised to much waiting till the 23rd till i have the echo cardio done to investigate the heart murmur, hope to get some answers then,

I have been working on losing all week but I'm only down 0.8 pounds. I am 127.2 and I was 128.0 last Monday, (I weighed in a day late) then on Tuesday went up for no reason to 129.0. I have been between 127.8 and 127.6 until today. I have exercised extra and have been very active every day. Making sure I drink enough water in the heat. I'm really starting to get aggravated but I'm going to continue till I come back down. I could cut my points by a few more but I'm afraid if I do I'll end up eating more than I should because I'm hungry. I hope staying at 24 points gives me some results soon. It has in the past which tells me I ate way to much last week for it all to fall off in one week.

Aweful this morning.... camping and dieting do not go well together at all. Sharing meals with other families also no good at all (from the dieting perspective). I am up another 2 pounds. :(
Back home tomorrow and back to our normal life again!
I'm down 4.4 lbs since Wednesday, when i finally went out and bought a scale formyself. I know im down about 15 lbs since the end of may, but on Wednesday I had a "this is it, im crackin down on those extra lbs!" moment, and now im eating much healthier, sticking mostly to veggies and protien. Now, I haven't been exercising at ALL, because it has been over 90 degrees all week and i dont have air conditioning in my house :( so i have definitely been surprised to see the numbers drop on my scale! hope everyone else had a successful week!! :)
