I cant tell if i like my weight

im 16 and 5'3 and 119 pounds and sometimes i liik in the mirror and i hate the biys of fat around my stomach (there isnt much at all but im picky) and some untoned bits around my lower back and stuff i have lost a bunch of weight but i find that on one hand i want to lose more and on another im missing my curves... what now? am i right weight even?

I hope u find what works for u soon I struggled with curvy vs slim as a teen also. Being from thw black community its good to keep ur curves but I wanted to have smaller thighs n stomach. Anyway ur weight sounds good for ur age and height. Since u miss ur curves do some booty and thigh exercises regularly while eating healthy. I agree on weights rather than cardio. And a bit of advise I wish someone wouldve told me. Dont let ur weight fluctuate a lot its an easy way to get stretch marks. I'm 24 now and I've ben trying to get rid of them since jr high. I don't mean to offend u in any way but that's how I got mine at a young age and still have them now smh. Goodluck mama

Hey it seems like you don't need to lose anymore weight but rather tone up. The loose bits are from you losing weight. Try doing weights as an exercise rather than cardio. By the way, it seems like your weight is perfect for your height. Hope I helped!
