To all the ladies that struggle with weight:
I am a 6' tall 198lb 29 year old woman who went from being skinny and fit to fat and grumpy in a matter of years. No matter how much I changed my diet, exercised, or tried the new skinny pill I couldnt loss a pound. After talking to a friend I went to the doctor and had my blood work done. Turns out I had low testoserone and a thyroid issue. Turns out these things affect a woman's mood, energy levels, clarity, and ability to lose weight. After taking the throid meds I noticed a dramatic change in my mood and energy levels. Now that I am lined out it hasnt been a huge struggle to diet and drop some weight. So if you are struggling and feel depressed checking your hormone levels may be a good idea!

I struggle with depression and PTSD as well and am on no medications, when I was I gained 80lbs. I know how you feel about the struggle of weight loss, I tried a diet pill called "ZXT Bee Pollen" a friend told me about it and I tried it for a month and lost 10lbs. With that, you can only buy it online on the actual website or I've even found it on ebay, it's pricey, and you have to take it a month stop and them take it the next month or it stops working. Now not saying it will for sure work because like all diet pills, they effect everyone differently. Everyone gets different results. Try maybe a 1200 calorie per day diet, I've lost 7lbs with that and can still eat foods I love and have my daily bottle of tea. Along with that I also watch and try to do high protein low carb, (easier said than done for me) I drink a whey isolate protien shake for breakfast (sold at walmart) Which has high protein and low carbs. Then lunch I have whatever I can find and have a taste for that is low calorie that way I can petty much have whatever I want for dinner. I also walk up and down my steps for a few minutes, play Xbox Kinect and try to walk of I can. Good luck! I hope this advice helps!!
