Have no idea why you're hurting -- it could just be your breasts are very large and are bouncing around because you're not replacing your bras -- you only have one? But if your weight gain started with birth control, why are you still on it? There are other ways to avoid getting pregnant, and more than one birth control product. Whenever a drug affects you adversely you shouldn't take it unless it's absolutely necessary and there are no alternatives.
I agree with Paxiled that you should try to replace your bras it possible, and talk to your doctor about different birth control, if this one is causing you to gain that much weight. There are a variety of birth control products on the market and one should not stay with a product that causes adverse effects.
More importantly, you should see your doctor about the difficulty breathing. There could be a variety of causes.
When you see your doctor, you might ask her/him to check your thyroid as thyroid hormones can be affected by birth control pills and low thyroid hormones cause weight gain...
Hello always concerned. It's funny I came across this because there is no need to worry. Rigorous exercise will do this. You have a vitamin D deficiency. Take 3000 iu of vitamin D and drink tonic water not seltzer or club soda before you go to sleep. It contains quainine which helps with the shakes. You should be fine within a couple of days. Try to also decrease your caffeine intake. I drink turmeric tea with ginger which helps with swelling after a workout. Also, taking BCAA's before you workout will help you feel less tired. Hope this helps and good luck!! You'll be fine.
