Hello :)
I stumbled across your post and I can relate a lot. I can tell you your not a failure and cheer up, but my words are not going to help if you don't believe it. I used to never finish or reach my weightloss goals because I would be unrealistic and be over my head. When I finally started with baby steps and made small changes, only then did I slowly challenge myself more and more until I was on my way. Instead of beating yourself up and looking back, look at yourself now and invision where you want to be. Now, what actions are you going to take to get there? Weightloss doesnt happen overnight and changing your lifestyle surely does not. Start off small, be honest with yourself and of course, love yourself :) Best of luck on your goals!
Dear I'm my own worst enemy,
Let's start with the basis for self worth. Ask yourself, am I a good person?
Do I treat others well? Am I an asset to my community?
Your self esteem is not based on if you have pretty thick hair. Long nails.
Big eyes. Or if you fit into size 5 jeans.
So begin with, I'm fantastic just the way I am. Believe in yourself now.
If you are not a nice person, start being nicer today!
When you have established how great you are, then it will be time to go on a new eating & exercise plan. Pamela
