I don't know if it would help but find an excersize regime that you don't dread doing .. im doing hip hop abs by sean T im not fully using it to get abs as I need to find them first lol but its 30-40 mins of excersize out of the 60 that is recommended so if you do it a ling side your healthy eating it should help
Do you eat a lot of carbs?? Coz if possible cut out some or most and see if it makes a difference ..every person is different just try to eat healthy and excise as regular as possible and then the pounds should come off .but remember you can lose inches instead of pounds sometimes
