most of my exercise has been running around my house and cleaning, not very fun but at least its productive too, if its too hard to give everything up all at once start small, i started with getting rid of the soda, i drank at least 3 cans a day, i even had such horrible headaches from caffeine withdrawal that not even tylenol would take them away, now i don't even think about it. it's not easy otherwise there would be no overweight people in the world lol
i have an exercise tape i do sometimes and i run around the house. i eat grapes and other fruits and veggies but i dont reaal eat healthy.
