Need to lose weight asap

I'm a 16 year old girl, I'm 5'3 and I weigh 121lbs. I need to lose 10 lbs as fast as possible because I feel extremely uncomfortable in my skin. Can somebody help me? What kinds of food are recommended/have little calories. How many calories should I eat per day to reach my goal?

Before and diet I would recommend you take your BMI (body mass index) and check what body type you are,  as in, Apple,  pear ect. Then do a 1 week food diary of everything you eat and drink, this way you cancel your eating habits. I'd recommend keeping an eye on your liquid intake as so many people miss read the signs for thurst as hunger.Also keep your protein intake up as this will help with muscle recovery and lean muscle mass. Check you're portion sizes.  Remember your stomach is the size of your fist. Before taking and fat burning or weight loss enhancers please consult your doctor due to sensitivity L-carnitine is a fat burner, you can take it before and after your work out. Hope this helps
