Have to get down to 130lbs. Doctors order. I think the workouts need to be different now. Not sure. I'm eating 5 times a day.
Wow - 175 pounds.... you've done great. What weight are you trying to reach?
If you're working out every day, the next thing I have to ask is if you're eating enough? If you don't eat enough calories, your body will go into survival mode and hold onto current fat stores.
Well I'm a mother of five, full time nursing student, and needing to lose around 100lbs so I can keep up with it all. I workout every day in my home and am struggling to lose this last 100. I have already lost 175lbs.
