I agree! Everyone here is so understanding and supportive. Everyone is here for the ups and downs and always has an encouraging word. I thank everyone who has given words or encouragement. I agree with Skailark - everyone is so supportive and such good friends. It's nice to know that I'm not struggling all by myself as I don't think I'd have what it takes to do it alone, considering the trouble I've had losing even a couple pounds and the scale bouncing up and down so I never really know where I'm at.
