I just got a helpful email from Eat This Not That on powering through a plateau. I've been stuck at 176 for 2 weeks (down 24 lbs since November). Does anyone have any advice? I would like to lose 10 lbs before April as we'll be on a beach vacay for that month. I work out 1 hr daily and have lessened my caloric intake to less than it was whenI started around 1100 cals. I started at 199 and am now 176 @ 5'8". I am a 54 year old woman. Thanks for any feedback.
