Pain Question

I keep noticing this pain when I workout. It's in the same place. Under my shoulder blades, on my right-hand side. I don't know why just that side hurts everytime I workout. It feels like what a huge bruise would feel like, only on the inside of my body. I had to stop doing this ab workout because the pain takes my breath away.

What do you do when you have pain like that? Do you push through the workout? Do you listen to your body telling you something isn't right? Do I ice it, massage it, or put something warm on it?

Thanks! We're leaving at 2 which is in 3 hours. I hate waiting around the house so I should get off here and ride the stationary bike and clean to get myself busy.

Usually when I have a bad food day it doesn't really affect me either. It's when I'm consistently making poor choices that the weight piles back on!

We weighed-in this morning for our challenge and I'm down from 188lbs to 184lbs!!! I haven't seen the scale move in so long that I did a happy dance. WOO HOO!

yeah on the teams you have to look and see how many members there are and then see when they last posted thats how i choose if theres not so many or they havent posted in days or weeks i dont join! you might look for the one with your state/town, its nice to meet peeps who live so close to you. im helping out with the 10 lbs by valentines day team its pretty good you know gives a you small goal to look forward to!!
Sounds like fun!! Have a great date with your DH!! Lol i do the same on eating but its not like i go to eat fast food everyday so i try not to worry too much about it just exercise the next day and hop bk on the wagon!! it usually dont phase my weigh in too much either! i thinks its stress and exercise cus since moving to own place the weight has dropped and even my eczema has started to clear!

Eh, the teams aren't all that great there. They're not very busy so it can take days to get conversations going. So I'm just using SP for the trackers really. I've been following the nutrition stuff really well! Eating less carbs which I think is helping me out. With PCOS carbs are the enemy. LOL! Not all, just too much.

I'm not anal about the nutrition stuff because I don't want to get obsessive with it. Tomorrow (Sat.) DH and I are going to go see Mall Cop and then go out to eat. I decided to eat a piece of fruit before we left and then order what I want but not eat all of it (maybe just half). If I go a little over my calories, it's no biggee, because it's only one day.

I'm really stoked about going out. We haven't been on a date in months and I haven't been out to eat for quite some time. FUN TIMES!

He massaged the knot out so I was able to finish my workout. I was just doing a 15 minute ab video on SP.

Even though I have an exercise mat, I use it over hardwood floors. So I think that that is just hard on my back! At least it doesn't hurt anymore, but I thought I was going to pass out when he was massaging it.
