If you're only eating a little over 415 calories, you aren't eating enough, either. Your body needs more than that, just to stay alive. You will, eventually, go into survival mode so your body can hold onto present fat stores.
I can't imagine eating full fat dairy, olives and all that fruit and only eating a little over 415 calories... Are you actually counting the calories you eat?
How did you arrive at your daily calorie budget?
415 calorie is not much, but I dont have too much either. I dont starve still.
With every exercise , walking, working I do , you gain calories, which will allow you to eat more. Normally mine goes up to 600-1100 calories per day, depending what I do.
I never felt that im starving and every day im just full with energy, my partner even gets annoyed in the evening because of that.
I eat everyrhing. Carbs, proteins, fats...just im trying to have natural and simple ones. Full fat dairy, olives, grapes, pineapples, oranges, raw and boiled vegies. I eat any meat except pheasants and pork as I dont like them. I eat the pork, but only barbecued otherwise the smell takes my apetite.
I eat small portions of everything, every day.
I hope im doing right. Im not loosing enormous amount of weight, but did lost quite a few. I dont look flabby, I have energy and I can fit some of my old clothes already.
Hope it helps
415 calories is a starvation diet, and very unhealthy. You're trying to lose 68 lbs in 5.5 months... that's too much. Safe weight loss is considered to be 1-2 pounds/week or 8-10 lbs/month.
Your goal should not be to starve yourself, but discipline. So eat HEALTHY things only. And control your portions! Make sure to record everything you eat. And if you find that this isnt working. Do some online research, and if youre really desperate, check out the bernstein diet, its hard, but it works. (Be careful about gaining the weight back) but i would advise you to not crash diet but make A LIFESTYLE CHANGE :)
It means that youre intaking too much food. And 415 calories is an unhealthy amount of food to have. Your goal should be to lose 2-3 pounds a week. You will achieve this with exercise and proper eating. For example, go for a walk, jog, bike ride, and eat fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and 1 portion of chicken for dinner. No junk, no carbs, no sugars, if you want to lose weight. Also avoid cheese and nuts, anything high in fat, sugar, or carbs, will hold you back.
So a salad could have from 50-100 calories, 1 serving of fruit has 100 on average, and chicken could have up from 100-300
