Bad Day

I had a terrible eating day today. . .I was off from work, and basically ate from morning until now (10:11pm ET)
and the worst possible carb and fat laden foods.  
I feel like ****. . .am going to the doctors tomorrow, so I know the scale is going to "give away" my day long binge. . .just wanted to post to keep myself honest, and to vow in a public forum that this will not deter me. . .(I hope)



Now is there any way I can avoid that scale at the Dr's tomorrow?!?

Sorry about your bad day dont worry we all have are binging days it happens to the best of us. ive done it way to many times and still continue to do it. I like the public confession good idea i think :) dont let this detour you from Your goal :)
people tend to eat when there bored like me its a hard habit to  break but it can be done. I agree with skailark when your bored go for a walk or read etc...when you feel bored try chewing gum that might help you from over eating and if you feel the need to eat try and eat healthy things or low in calorie snacks

Go ahead and get on the scale because the next time you go to the docs and have to step on it they will say wow did you lose weight you look great whats your secret :)

Hi! sorry to hear you are having a bad day.We all do! So you are not alone in this!
People stumble from time to time, but hey! that's life! The important thing here is everytime you fall you rise!

I think you shud take this day as a lesson, an expereience that you can teach yourself  of the mistakes you made. Perhaps writing it in your journal and printing out today's events may help you make the necessary actions you will have to tkae next time you are in a similar situation.

Contemplate on today. Please donot feel bad about it.Let it go but remember to take good notes and come up with a fighting plan!

Here are few thing you can do to avoid from overeating.

Perhaps go for a walk.
Go out to the cinema
Meet up with friends
REad books
Exercise with your favoite music turned on!

I mean the possibilities are endless here! If you are so much bored then perhaps you can come here and we can all have a chat and have fun!

When you are at the docotor's tomorrow, please go for the scale. If that makes you uncomfortable remmeber that feeling in your heart. It will certainly remind you waht got you in that situation and the next time you know how to avoid those moments!
