I had a terrible eating day today. . .I was off from work, and basically ate from morning until now (10:11pm ET)
and the worst possible carb and fat laden foods.
I feel like ****. . .am going to the doctors tomorrow, so I know the scale is going to "give away" my day long binge. . .just wanted to post to keep myself honest, and to vow in a public forum that this will not deter me. . .(I hope)
Now is there any way I can avoid that scale at the Dr's tomorrow?!?
