I would suggest that you try the food diary here on med help -- enter everything you put into your mouth on a daily basis. It could help identify things you are eating that might not be as good for you as you think. Or maybe you are just eating more than you think.
You need a good balance of lean protein, low/no fat dairy, whole grains/nuts/seeds, fruits/veggies, "good" fats, etc.
Also try the exercise tracker - where you enter the exercise you got during the day. Sometimes, we think we are doing more than we really are.......
AND I can't go without saying that maybe it would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about getting your thyroid checked, as thyroid issues can cause weight gain or prevent weight loss. I have hypothyroidism and didn't realize it until I'd worked to lose weight for almost a year with no luck at all --- how frustrating is THAT??
Well...first and foremost...do you keep track of your calories?
secondly...your rut could be hormonal.
