Good morning everyone...... Hope everyone had a good week.
Mine was very hectic, with way too much going on, but that's the way it seems to work these days. As for my weight, it's bounced all over the scale this past week, going from my 145.6 last week, up to 148, and back down to 143.......I'm at 146 this morning, but have no idea how long I'll stay there!! I have no idea what's going on with it, but hoping it will stabilize soon; hopefully at a lower weight!!
I did really well watching what I ate last week; and walked for at least 30 minutes most days, although a couple of days, I got home too late, so didn't walk - didn't eat dinner those nights either.
I have another very busy week ahead, so hopefully, won't have time for overeating!!
