Sunday Weigh In - December 11, 2011

Good morning, everyone.  My message will be rather short this week, as I've got a busy day ahead.

Everything has gone pretty good this week; we finally have Auntie settled, once again, and home health has been started, so that's something of a relief.  There is still a lot of work to do in her behalf, but I think it's manageable now.

As to  my weight - fortunately, I'm down almost another pound, this morning, from 147 to 146.2, which is good, but my weight is bouncing around again, and that's what the scale said this morning; by this afternoon, it will say something else.  You may remember, I went to the doctor a couple weeks ago, because of severe swelling in my hands and feet.  One of my blood pressure medications was changed to include a diuretic, which is accountable for the recent losses.  I'm sure the bouncing around, is still due to the fluid retention, so once that's under control, I should be able to get back on track.

Okay - that's my story and I'm stickin' to it........... how about you?  Losing? Gaining? Stuck?  Let us know so we can either cheer you, or help you.

Ok I am down 3lbs this week woohoo,  I have been doing Jillians ripped in 30 going to get her 30 day shred so every other month I can change it up, tonight I did the kinect dancing I love it so much fun

Yes drewlevas dont be afraid every day is a new day, we can do this we will have set backs but as long as you get back in to it,  I had 2 weeks of gains then this week down and hope will continue to go down but I know I will have days that are harder then others

What's your new workout?  Anything the rest of us might benefit from?

drewlevas -- don't be afraid to weigh in.  This is a very hard time of the year to even maintain weight, let alone lose.  If you have any other parties to go to this Holiday season, I might suggest that you take along a few bottles of water, in anticipation of the lack of it, or ask the host/hostess about iced tap water, or lacking ice, go for the tap water.

I didn't weight today! I'm kind of terefied to do it. This week-end we had a Christmas party at my DH work and the food was wonderful. I didn't overindulge in the food, but the rooms where the party was held was extremly dry and hot and there where no water available only soft drinks and alcoolic brevaged. Since I dont drink alcool and we where there from 7h pm to 1h am :(  I'm prety sure I must have drink prety close to 2 liter of regular soft drinks :(

So I'm very effraid to weght in! I'll try to do it tomorow.

Hey there, good job on the loss. As for me, my weigh-in is tomorrow but I know I am down from last week so I know I will be happy,  I started doing a new workout and I think it will really help.  It's really kicking my butt so far.  
Hopefully I will get to my goal by June so I will put my official number in tomorrow.  Have a great night.
