Good Morning, World................... we've arrived, once again to the time at which we "tell all"....... about our weight, that is!! I hope everyone has had a great week and is satisfied with where they are now.
I'm only down 0.2 lbs, and while I would have liked to be down more, I'm okay with it, because I haven't really been watching what I eat, and I certainly haven't been getting any exercise outside of that I get via my job, plus my stress level has been pretty high lately.
Had to take my dear Auntie to the doctor both Friday and Sat, so that was 2 trips to her house and back (3 hrs round trip, each day), plus sitting in doctor offices. I do believe the waiting is by far the worst part of it all.
Now, it's time to look ahead and start making preparations for Thanksgiving, as I will have a house full of company that day, so lots of cleaning and cooking ahead of me. I have to work tomorrow because I already have appointments scheduled, but I've about decided that I'm going to take Tues and Wed off; that will catch me up, I hope.

Don't forget that tomorrow, we will be starting our new challenge: MAINTAIN; DON'T GAIN........ our weigh ins for the next few weeks will be centered around the challenge, but anyone is welcome to participate in the weigh in, even if you didn't sign up for the challenge........... better yet, head on over and get signed up........
