Sunday Weigh In - Nov 21, 2010

Good Morning, World................... we've arrived, once again to the time at which we "tell all"....... about our weight, that is!!    I hope everyone has had a great week and is satisfied with where they are now.  

I'm only down 0.2 lbs, and while I would have liked to be down more, I'm okay with it, because I haven't really been watching what I eat, and I certainly haven't been getting any exercise outside of that I get via my job, plus my stress level has been pretty high lately.  

Had to take my dear Auntie to the doctor both Friday and Sat, so that was 2 trips to her house and back (3 hrs round trip, each day), plus sitting in doctor offices.  I do believe the waiting is by far the worst part of it all.  

Now, it's time to look ahead and start making preparations for Thanksgiving, as I will have a house full of company that day, so lots of cleaning and cooking ahead of me. I have to work tomorrow because I already have appointments scheduled, but I've about decided that I'm going to take Tues and Wed off; that will catch me up, I hope.  

Okay - now it's your turn.  How have you done?  Are you happy with your current status?  If so, that's awesome and we will all cheer you on; if not, maybe there is something we can do to help you........  

Don't forget that tomorrow, we will be starting our new challenge: MAINTAIN; DON'T GAIN........ our weigh ins for the next few weeks will be centered around the challenge, but anyone is welcome to participate in the weigh in, even if you didn't sign up for the challenge........... better yet, head on over and get signed up........

I am starting out at 200.6 .... so ya think that is close enough to my < 200 lbs starting the new challenge .. oh it was with clothing on .. so I think it qualifies LOL

i believe i was at 227.5 last week, and this week the scale said 223! so thats 4.5 and a totoal loss of 19.5 in a little over 5 weeks! i started adding some exercise this week and i've just been feeling great!

Wow -- you girls are really doing great.  

If you haven't joined our new challenge yet, be sure to stop in and read about it.  We know the Holidays are difficult for those trying to lose weight, so we are focusing on simply maintaining.  Of course, at the rate you two are going, that may be a bit "bland" for you.  

Keep up the good work!!

Good morning Barb,  I am down 4.6 I am very happy, just hoping I keep it up and dont stall to soon, but as long as I dont gain I will be happy.  Hope you have a great Thanksgiving

Barb - 135 Glad your taking two days off before Thanksgiving. Enjoy!

I'm doing well this week and feeling strong. I'm down 1.8 pounds. 0.2 less than I was hoping for but still happy with my results for the week.

Going to have to be careful for Thanksgiving. Going to the in-laws and they don't cook like I do, so I think it will be easier to say no. Plus if I'm not cooking I'm not tasting.
