Does the app take into account your basic daily calorie burn when figuring your remaining. Calories?
Hey everyone -
This could be for a couple of different reasons. First, if you are using it on an Android device, the calories will decrease in small amounts each day, assuming you are losing weight. It's predictive, rather than reactive. It will adjust as you enter new weights. Even though it's correct, it's confusing to users, so we will be adjusting this in a future update.
It could also be that your goal is rapidly approaching. For example, if I had entered 6 months ago that I wanted to lose 30 pounds by May 6, and haven't neared that, the app will start showing really low calorie budgets to reach that. (This isn't healthy, and we are working on this as well.) If you check your goals, and adjust accordingly, your calorie budget should reflect that.
Please feel free to let us know when you have any questions about the app. You can tap on Settings, then Support, and send us an email, which we usually respond to quickly. You can also send me a PM if you'd like.
I hope that helps, but if you have specific questions about your calorie budget, or anything in the app, just send us an email via the app or shoot me a PM.

When I first set up my app the calorie allowance was really low, as well. I found the time I'd entered to lose the weight was too short, so lengthened the amount of time. My first day I went over my calorie allowance by 22c. It took it off the following days allowance....so I had less calories I could consume if I still wanted to lose weight. Healthy loss is about 2 to 4lbs per week. Closer to 2 is best.
So it not just me then 480 that crazy
I don't know why its going down either. When I entered that i lost weight it gave me more calories but it says I need to eat 480 a day... that isn't possible lol
