Just found this: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0002602
Any thoughts?
I believe so. Well I think its different for everyone. My friend was anemic and she was really sleepy alot of times. I would eat things that have lots of iorn in it like spinach, broccoli, and green veggies.
huh, I just thought it was normal. I have always had it in some variation but its so bad I dont run at all. But Id like to. Does anyone know if dizziness is also associated with anemia? Im dizzy all the time no matter how much Ive eaten or drank.
At first I thought it was a joke, but I looked into it too and yes, it has different forms of aneima! You should get it check out. Let us know what the doc says. Its pretty interesting and I have never heard of that before!
Well, pain in your tongue is generally not normal, so mayeb getting it checked out just to be safe would be a good idea?
Hmm Thank you, i didnt think it was a big problem, it just bugged me.
Thanks!
I am not sure what other symptoms you may have, or what correlation there is to running, but when I put tongue pain into the new Medhelp symptom tracker, the 7 possible causes were: tongue problems, Glossitis, iron deficiency anemia, folate deficiency anemia, Pernicious anemia, Megaloblastic anemia, and Chlorine Poisoning. Most of these are one form or another of anemia. You may want to see your doctor about checking levels in your blood.
