Devote time for exercise. Do it daily. Change you diet as well if you can. Avoid red meat and lots of carbs. The more carbs you eat, the more you'd be craving for more. Drink lots of water. When you feel a craving, divert your attention to something else to keep you form reaching for food. Before you know it, your craving has passed. But, if all these are really difficult, try Liproxenol. Me and my friend has tried it and it has a very effective appetite suppression effect.
Organize your meals. Eat three meals a day, snacks in every 4 hours. However you MUST not eat 4 hours before you sleep so you can burn fat while you sleep :)
Small regular low fat, healthy meals and snacks will stop you from getting too hungry and overeating or being tempted bo eat something unhealthy
Drinking water whenever you begin to feel hungry fills you up. Even though you are trying to lose weight, a small snack such as a handful of nuts will help you.
