Ok so I read the manual last night to determine what it takes to unlock more songs and it has a warning in there that this is for entertainment purposes only that the work outs should not be substituted for a work out regimen. Also the calories burned are not acurate but points you earn for doing the routine correctly.

There's nothing wrong with doing this 2 days a week instead of the boring stuff and you know how hard your working. As long as it's as hard or harder you know your going to benefit from it and so is your daughter. It's nice to be able to have fun with the kids. I'm going to tell my sister about this, her and her daughter would love it.

I know it is not technically a game but you can get the biggest loser on the Wii and it comes with recipe ideas, diet plan and work out regimen that will help burn calories and lose itches quick. You might try it!

My fitness coach and my fitness coach cardio workout which you dont need the fit board for but can use it with it, i think thats right,

I have the Wii, along with "My Fitness Coach", and Wii Fit; I got Wii Fit Plus for Christmas and haven't even had a chance to put in the DVD. I also have Wii Sports that came with my Wii Fit. That has bowling, tennis, boxing and some other things -- it's good exercise also, but is really more fun with at least 2 people and I usually can't get my hubby to play with me.
I like them all, but I think my favorite is the Wii Fit (I may like the Wii Fit Plus better if I ever get a chance to try it out). I didn't stick with "My Fitness Coach" because that's when I was trying so hard to lose weight and was striking out at everything because my thyroid levels were off so much. It just got too depressing.
Since I've managed to lose a few pounds now just by watching what I eat, I plan to get back into my exercise and I know it will do some good now.
