I have been using Leslie Sansone: Walk Away the Pounds. They work in a small space. I get them from Walmart of about $10 each or you can order online

Sure there is........ there are a number of CD's/DVD's you can get for all types of exercises. Yoga for Weight Loss is a really good one, as are most yoga dvd's. If you have stairs in your home, stair climbing is good, jump rope is good; ever tried a whoola hoop? Like to dance?
Even house work, such as vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, etc are good
Wow! Thanks a bunch. I just got my DVD and it's great. I like how Leslie makes sure we enjoy the walk and are relaxed at the end.
Yeah. Today, I walked up and down the stairs, and I really got sweating. Thank you for the great advice!
