Weight Loss

Hi, I'm 17, I weigh about 137 and I'm 5'1". I've lost about 30lbs in the past year but I feel as if I get closer to my goal weight it becomes harder. I want to weigh around 120-125lbs. Any suggestions on what to eat? Or specific types of excersices? :)

It is true that as you get closer to your goal weight, it gets harder. Your body is getting used to working out all the time. I would suggest mixing up your exercises. If you mostly jog, try some strength building exercises. The more muscles you have, the easier it is to burn calories. Try eating more vegetables. They have fiber and almost no calories. Fruits are good too, and full of water, but they do have more natural sugars and calories in them. One more suggestion is a weightloss tea like white tea, green tea, or a ginger (or ginger-peach) for a healthy digestion. Also, too much caffeine is dehydrating, so drink plenty of water too.
