I weigh 123, I'm 5"9 and male (16) I cant seem to gain weight, I'm just skin and bone -what can I eat (and how much of it) that's healthy yet will help me gain weight?
potatoes and other starches, milk . Unless you are like my Husband who eats everything and has never gained anything he is 6"2' and 135lbs and has been the same size since he was a teenager. He even tried supplements from GNC to gain weight.
