well i told my Aunt and i told her what i eat everyday and she is worried because i eat little and i do exercise too. my aunt is a doctor btw
It would depend on other factors, such as your starting weight, your diet, the amount of exercise you did. When I initially started eating healthily, I lost six pounds in the first six days. When I asked my doctor, he said it was just because I'd gone from eating so much junk to a much healthier diet, and had dropped a lot of calories from it. Apparently it was perfectly normal.
