KEEP THE NAUGHTY CARBOHYDRATES - COOKIES/CANDY/BREADS/WHITE FLOUR FOODS/WHITE PASTA - TO A MINIMUM - AGAIN - FOODS IN A BOX. NEVER DIET - JUST CHANGE THE WAY YOU EAT - MAKE IT A LIFESTYLE CHANGE.
