Why am i not losing any weight?

I just wondered if anyone could give me some advice. I am 27 5'2 and weigh 121 pounds. I would like to lose about 9/10 pounds but am struggling immensly. I walk every morning for over an hour which equates to roughly 4 miles a day. I run 3/4 times a week for an hour each time and its hard running on the beach. I have had anorexia in the past so still have a problem with eating loads, but I eat toast for breakfast, salad with small amount of cheese for lunch and probably a bowl of cereal or cheese and salad again in the evening. I drink plenty of water and really do not over indulge. I know I am not exceeding the calorie intake for my age and height and I am burning so many calories. I have actually just gained 4 pounds in the last couple of months. Please can someone give me advice I am really struggling.
Thanks

Wow.. 5'2 and 121 is a very healthy weight for a woman of any age.  Have you wondered why you desire to lose so much weight?  You sound healthy and sound except for your obsession with your weight.  Have you tried cognitive behavior therapy with a psych?

I know that anorexics have a distorted vision of how they look - my daughter was anorexoric - so are you sure you really NEED to lose weight??  You aren't taking in enough calories, so your body may be going into starvation mode, which means it is conserving fat.

I'd suggest that you find a web site that will lets you calculate your daily calorie needs based on your height and weight.  spark people.com is a good one and there are lots of others.  The next thing I'd say is to keep a food journal to see how many calories are really are eating.  I'd almost guarantee that you aren't eating enough.

Next - I don't see any fruits, veggies (except salad), dairy, meats, etc in your diet.  Your body needs ALL of the various food groups in order to be healthy.  Eating a balanced diet is NOT over indulging...............

The second thing I might ask is if you've consulted with your doctor to make sure you don't have medical issues, such as thyroid, insulin resistance, PCOS, etc that might make you gain/unable to lose.
