you need to up your calorie intake! that is not enough food.. so i would say add an extra 300-400 calories a week..
I know that anorexics have a distorted vision of how they look - my daughter was anorexoric - so are you sure you really NEED to lose weight?? You aren't taking in enough calories, so your body may be going into starvation mode, which means it is conserving fat.
I'd suggest that you find a web site that will lets you calculate your daily calorie needs based on your height and weight. spark people.com is a good one and there are lots of others. The next thing I'd say is to keep a food journal to see how many calories are really are eating. I'd almost guarantee that you aren't eating enough.
Next - I don't see any fruits, veggies (except salad), dairy, meats, etc in your diet. Your body needs ALL of the various food groups in order to be healthy. Eating a balanced diet is NOT over indulging...............
The second thing I might ask is if you've consulted with your doctor to make sure you don't have medical issues, such as thyroid, insulin resistance, PCOS, etc that might make you gain/unable to lose.
Wow.. 5'2 and 121 is a very healthy weight for a woman of any age. Have you wondered why you desire to lose so much weight? You sound healthy and sound except for your obsession with your weight. Have you tried cognitive behavior therapy with a psych?
