Losing weight "fast" is not a good thing. You need to figure out how many pounds you want to lose, then calculate your calorie needs, and implement a diet and exercise program accordingly.

Define fast? How many pounds/inches are you trying to lose? My quick advice would be exercise until you're sweating profusely, lots of water during and after exercise, and lean proteins, veggies, and fruits throughout the day adding up to about 1200 calories per day. If you can eat five small meals rather than two-three larger meals. Cut out starches, pasta, and bread, but still get fiber into your meals. Good luck!
