Will these medications interact, and will it effect my weight loss that I'm starting?

At the moment, I'm taking Doxycycline for Acne. I've been taking it for a little over a year. But I've been wanting to keep my vitamin intake up, so I'm also taking a daily multivitamin, an omega-3 capsule, a vitamin E capsule, and occasionally Aleve or some NSAID to help with my Plantar Fasciitis. My knees have been hurting due to weight gain (went from 230-257 before I recently decided enough was enough) so that's why I started the Omega-3's.

Am I ok to continue taking these?

I'm taking omega's for joint pain, I subsequently read they may help with weight loss though. Last time I had my thyroid checked it was good, I have just been eating horribly for over 6m's now. :/ I've fully commuted to a new diet.

You would have to talk to your doctor, or look up the Doxycycline on the website: drugs.com to check for things that should not be taken with it.

While Omega 3 is good for you, I have to wonder if you started it simply to lose weight?  It's not really a weight loss aid.

Have you had your thyroid levels checked?  Many with hypothyroidism gain weight or have a hard time losing it.  I'm one.
