Hi Jenny,
Yes you should have a "treat yourself day". It is your reward for keeping up the healthy way, if you crave for icecream, for example, you should tell yourself that you can have icecream by the end of the week.
The thing that I have with this methode is that at the end of the week, I dont want icecream anymore.
Bye
Taking out all juice can significantly increase weight loss
Thankyou both yes rob I will try the coconut oil and see how I get along , how about cravings iv eat excellent all week and naw I feel I need a treat, can I have one treat meal my partner cooks so it won't be a takeaway?? I want to aim for a stone in the next 8 weeks I this possible if u keep all this up ??
While it's possible that some disreputable companies may dilute their olive oil, so they may not be as good for you, I think that's the minority. Honestly, extra virgin olive oil is the best for you and has the best flavor.
I, too use quite a bit of coconut oil, as well as olive oil; they can be used interchangeably in some instances and for other instances, one is better than the other. Coconut oil is a saturated fat, while olive oil is a monounsaturated, so they work differently in the body.
Enjoy them both moderately.
Hi again xD,
Barb135 sais Olive Oil. I actually try not using it anymore. I once saw a documentary about Olive Oil, especially Extra virgin olive oil.
They taught me that olive oil isn't as healthy as we think it is, due to the fact that companies try to minimise the production costs, so they de lute the olive oil with other regular oils and sometimes even water.
Im using Coconut Oil, wich is a hard oil that melts at 25°C (I dont know it in °F). You can also use it as regular butter, wich is quite awesome. If you are going to add coconut oil to your diet, I would suggest buying the one without fragrance, you dont want to have coconut smell and taste on evert foodtype.
If you have any other questions or would like some recipe's you can contact me at ***@****
Bye bye

Thankyou so much for your advice I have added a lot more veration to my shopping list ready for the weekend so will be taking on all your advice, and will be making sure I don't under eat too, I have lost 4 pound so far this week I know some May be water but better than nothing I have small goals set to be realistic , was hoping to loose a stone in 8 weeks is this possible if I keep the hard work up?? Xx
You should calculate your actual calorie needs to make sure you're eating enough, but not too many calories. Your calorie needs are based on your current height, weight, age and activity level.
Be sure to mix up your diet, so you don't get bored with eating the same things all the time, besides there are so many other good foods to enjoy as well, including small amounts of lean beef, pork, lamb, etc. Be sure to add some healthy fats, such as avocados, nuts and seeds, olive oil, etc. Also be sure to get plenty of sleep, because restorative sleep is essential for weight loss.
Thankyou so much for your advice I love all the food you have suggested and will deffinetly be adding it to my diet :)) and all the tips and information is a huge help, how much should I aim to loose in the first two months so u have a goal to work towards?? I am so determined that's what I have been missing all along but I know I will do it this time
Hi Jenny,
You could start your morning with yoghurt. Yoghurt is a great source of protein and helps your immune system. I put oatmeal in my yoghurt and sometimes some fresh grapes.
If you wanna drink juices you've gotta remember that you don't drink juice (for example Orange Juice) thats made of 3+ oranges, while this would have the same effect as overeating, wich isn't helpful for your plans.
For dinner chicken is great, it has loads of protein. However you should try to eat something else, just to change it a little bit. Salmon is also a great way to get those nutritions in your body.
As a snack during the day try out pomegranate or apples (apples with the skin). A great snack during the day would also be a little block of Dark Dark chocolate.
A great tip is: when you start to get hungry during the day, take first a big gulp of water, water helps if you're hungry. If you are still hungry after that water you should eat something.
Bye bye
