I absolutely agree that documentation will help. Research should be documented, as should what you're eating, as that will help you keep calories in check.
Thanks Barb
you can research foods that encourage belly fat, and avoid them. You can also implement an exercise routine, that will help you lose around the waist
but once research have finished I would like to recommend, to document it on a piece of paper and keep in front of eye at least once a day, it can help to enter information from conscious to sub conscious.
once its in sub conscious it becomes habit, just like we brush teeth in morning and before to sleep
While you generally, can't "spot reduce", you can research foods that encourage belly fat, and avoid them. You can also implement an exercise routine, that will help you lose around the waist. Exercise will also keep your muscles strong and toned, help your heart, and make you feel better, over all.
Thank you for responding.
well, I am not a doctor but in my opinion mindset of lose fast may develop frustration. So first of all have patience for slow progress.
I totally agree with Japanese Gurus for " Slow and Continuous Improvement "
in your case it could be small daily exercise, less calorific food but above all continuity is the key of success .
one day you will be surprised when your friends will tell you ... hey you are reduced ..........
its just my opinion
Thanks
