Hey, Ive heard of the low carb diet.and dont really know much about it. Any info for a beginner?
I usually have scrambled eggs for breakfast, sometimes with bacon or sausage. Lunch can be paleo pancakes, meatballs or a chicken salad. And dinner is any sort of meat, chicken, pork or beef with a sprinkle of cheese or an egg and a small salad. I sometimes have a small amount of pistachio nuts as a snack too
