You can lose 20 pounds between now and Christmas if you make lifestyle changes you can stick to for the long haul. You need to calculate your calorie needs, based on your current weight, height, age and activity level. Once you figure out what you need to maintain, you will need to decrease calories and increase exercise enough to lose. I can help you do this, if you'd like.
You should not wait to feel hunger pains, before you eat, as that increases the chances of overeating. A single saucer of food won't provide anywhere near the nutrients you need for a day. It's always best to get as many of your nutrients through food vs supplements.
it can be done: by only eating when you feel the hunger pain and listening to your body to stop when you no longer feel the pain. Make sure you are eating healthy. A saucer of food should last for 8hrs. Taking 2-3 bites of food every 1-2 hours depending on what's on your plate!! Take vitamins and good luck.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.
Hi
You should aim for 2lbs a week. Don't go on crush diets because you will put it all back on once you start eating normal food again. Also if you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode and will store all the food. The best way is to increase your metabolism by drinking water, green tea, eating wholegrain and deducing amount of sugar and fat intake. Exercise will help as well. Keep an eye on your daily calorie allowance and the weight will come off.
I will take 4 weeks for you to notice it, 8 weeks for your friends and family and 12 weeks for rest of the world. The last thing you want is to loose weight quickly before Christmas and then put it all back on during the holidays.
Good luck and if you need any more help or motivation I'm here ;)
