change calorie intake goal
Currently the app says to consume 5000 calories per day. Im trying to drop more weight. I am currently consuming between 2000 and 2500 calories per day depending on how many calories i burn. Why is the app telling me to consume double what i am consuming now. If i can change this, how can i do this?
Check your settings. Desired weight is your ending goal weight. I want to weight 125lbs so thats what I put in the desired weight field.
