I tried to gollow your instructions but I font see any thing that says weight tracker and no buttons on the right side and nothing thst says actions

Yes, you can -- open up your weight tracker and click on "Actions" in the upper right hand corner. Then click on "Settings". This will bring up the page on which you set your weight goal, dates, etc.
