college girl struggle

Hey guys! I'm a senior in college this year and I seem to be struggling with my weight. Ever since I transfered to a further campus, I've slowly started packing on the pounds. I don't have access to home-cooked meals, just what they serve in the dining hall or take out/frozen foods. I've recently stopped drinking soda and cut down on the coffee. I try to stay active sad eat more fruits and veggies. But I still get munchies for junk food.
Any tips or suggestions would greatly be appreciated!

Coffee is alright as long as you don't have it in excess and load it up with sugar.  Beyond healthy foods, daily exercise would be helpful, if you are not doing so now.  Walking 20 to 30 minutes or more per day would be beneficial, even indoors, if the weather or environment aren't ideal.

Alcohol is also very high in sugar making lots of students gain weight... Eating too much fruit that contains a lot of fructose won't help either ... Cut out starch, sugar, salt and cheese ... Grill or bake green vegetables
