Try nowslim 3g, don't try new ones they're not as effective I found, you can buy them on Amazon via health masters on offer at the moment, and they are natural ingredients, hope this helps

hi! Try using bootea, it's herbal tea and detoxes the body, it's really helpful to loose weight and also give you energy. But it cannot be used as some kind of miracle it's important to have a calorie controlled diet and so regular exercise too!
I'm currently using bootea and I'm loosing around 5 pounds a week

You can use slimming herbal tea which are available in all herbal shops. We need to use it only for a month and continue If you find any difference.
