I'm just glomming onto your vent. >_<
Thanks Barb - Im such a seasoned dieter I am pretty clued up on what I need to put in and burn off - I just have to get my butt into gear a bit more... I was jsut having a little vent at how unfiar it is that it goes on quicker than it comes off - I am hoping for a drop of 1lb or so tomorrow... been good today and wee'd for England lol.... always a good sign :)
Remember - it takes 3500 calories to make a pound, so you have to drop that much in order to lose a pound.
Quite often our bodies do not "work with us" and the older we get the more they seem to work against us, tending to be very unforgiving when we slack off.
Are you keeping a food diary to make sure you aren't eating more than you think you are? Are you doing the exercise tracker to make sure you are using enough calories?
I might also suggest that you get checked for medical issues, such as hypothyroidism, insulin resistance or PCOS- to make sure you don't have other issues keeping you from losing the weight.
Hang in there - it will happen if you stick with it.
