help with weight loss

I need help with losing 10 kgs, I'm struggling because every time I try I end up putting on more weight. I used to weigh 52 kgs just last year and I have put on a substantial amount of weight I now 69 kgs and I am feeling quite bad of it because I am now considered overweight. Can someone give me some advice to help me lose weight.

I don't know your age or current weight, but 850 calories is not enough food for an entire day.  In addition, veggies and fruits do not supply the necessary protein you need to feel full and help build muscle that burns fat.

I suggest you to exercise. The easiest exercise is sports of course. You'll enjoy playing whilst losing weight. If you don't like sports, try cardio work-out. 30 minutes work out, 3 times per week. There are a lot of cardio workout in youtube that you can follow. The best one for me is FitnessBlender channel. They teach exercises whilst tracking how many calories you burn. It's okay if you can't finish it all (30 mins) , It's fine if you only did 10 minutes, after your body gets into it, you can do that 30 mins like for the 5th week.

Avoid sweets, junk and processed foods.
To avoid them, replace sweets with fruits.
And lack of sleep can make your body crave for sweets and fatty foods.

Hope this helps!
