And I agree with Barb, you can't spot burn fat but you can target specific areas for muscle gain but unless you're a body builder it's best to do exercises that build multiple muscles. Isolation exercises are to help with muscle imbalances or fine tuning your physique like a professional bodybuilder. Do the exercises that give you the biggest bang for your buck.
Squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, Mountain climbers, Plank Triceps Extensions, Bicycle Twists, Russian Twists, Crunches, Leg Raises, Plank Jacks, Spiderman Planks, jump Squats, jump lunges, Sumo Squats, side lunges, Leg climbers. The body weight exercise list goes on and on. Be creative, go online and find advanced or modified bodyweight exercises. Mix it up, keep it interesting!
You can't "spot lose", but you can tone... look into yoga; it's one of the best toning exercises there is.
You can make anything happen when you're truly ready.
