If you're asking if it's ok for you to still lose weight, I think it would also depend on your age and body frame. But I don't think 1kg is too much. If you'll not look sickly thin, then I guess it should be ok.
Losing 1kg is not that hard, especially that you're controlling your calories and exercising. I was able to lose 1kg in a week. We're the almost the same height and nearly the same weight too (not to mention we're both Asians).
