i start from last week 1 hour walking & i eat 1200-1400 calories per day. the problem is my dinner at 21:30. i cant change that (not my problem, the food will be ready at that time only ).

I advice you to start an exercise program and it is daily more you eat 4 apple a day and finally I will advice to stop eating before 18h evening
